Buy a $30-Million Penthouse, Get a Free Pagani Utopia

If you’re itching to buy a new Pagani, you could get an allocation for one by simply buying a new home in Miami. The automaker has followed Porsche and Aston Martin in opening a new residential tower in the coastal city, and if you buy one of the two penthouses, you’ll get a new Utopia Roadster for free—as you should after spending $30 million.

The car in question, dubbed the Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition,” was personally designed by Horacio Pagani himself. It features bespoke blue paint on the exterior, and even though we can only see exterior images, we imagine Pagani uses that same color throughout the cabin as well.

The Utopia features the Mercedes-AMG-sourced twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V-12 engine that produces 852 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque. The Roadster can hit 217 miles per hour. It’s available with either a seven-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed automated manual with paddle shifters. The roadster debuted in 2024.

In addition to the car, the two penthouse buyers will also enjoy a trip to Modena, Italy, where they’ll receive a private tour of the Horacio Pagani Museo and private Atelier experience before having a personal meeting with Horacio and the Pagani Arte team. They’ll also have the chance to personalize their new homes.

If you can’t afford the two new penthouses, a standard home within Pagani Residences starts at $3.7 million; Pagani Utopia not included.

The two penthouses are located on the 28th and 29th floors of the Pagani Residences building, which is scheduled for completion in 2027. The $30 million property features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The other, which costs $28.5 million, is 1,500 square feet smaller with just four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The Pagani Residence is just the latest residential tower erected by an automaker in Miami. Porsche began constructing its 641-foot tower a decade ago. When Aston Martin completed its tower in the early 2020s, it was the tallest residential building in the city at 818 feet high, offering 391 residences over 61 floors.
